Order Tracking

As per our shipment policy, you need to provide the tracking number on the postal system in 3 to 7 business days to fully update after the order has been sent. Please be aware that your order is truly on its way and that the tracking number status is not indicative of a delay in the package. After that time, you can trace your order to the post website for your country.

Once you have received your parcel, our return policy will stay intact for 30 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.

Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.

Wrong Address

The buyer is in charge of making sure that the shipping address given is accurate. There is usually a little window to change a wrong shipping address because we try to expedite processing and shipping times.

If you think you gave us the wrong shipping address, do let us know right once.

Lost or stolen package

On the occasion of a lost or stolen package, file your claim with the tracking number. Your claim may require your insurance proof and any other related proof to support your claim. When the package you claim is confirmed to be insured, you will acquire the refund for the product immediately.

In case of a faulty or slightly bruised product, our company would be responsible to place it right after the confirmation that a crack was made from the seller’s side.
