Excellent, arrived pretty fast and well packed, the quality looks pretty good. I loved him! As other comments say, the slightest level of heat is enough, and it better not be straight with the skin. The only thing I think is missing is a start manual, for the first use. It's an excellent product. In size it's a little bigger than a cell phone and it's light.
