Quick shipping. Tried it out but didn't wear it all day. The tape does not pull or hurt the skin. It stretches quite a bit. It does hold them up and this size tape is good for vertical lift, but you probably need a wider tape if you want to wrap them horizontally (even for a small chest).
sticks pretty well, dont try to redo it or else it wont stick as well anymore
